CONCLUDES 52ND SEASON WITH GUYS AND DOLLS

May 2, 2005 Musical Theatre West concludes its 52nd season with GUYS AND DOLLS, playing at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center July 9 - 24, 2005. The production stars Kevin Earley (Sky Masterson), Musical Theatre West favorite Tami Tappan Damiano (Sarah Brown) and Bets Malone (Miss Adelaide).

GUYS AND DOLLS is based on a story and characters by Damon Runyon with Music and Lyrics by Frank Loesser and Book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows. Considered by many to be the perfect musical, GUYS AND DOLLS soars with the spirit of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters our of the world of Damon Runyon. This colorful and high-energy story of high-rolling crapshooters and their "dolls" features a fast-paced book and Frank Loesser's most memorable score including "Luck Be A Lady", "If I Were A Bell", "I'll Know" and "Sit Down You're Rocking the Boat". GUYS AND DOLLS is being Directed by Nick DeGruccio (MTW's LA CAGE AUX FOLLES) and Choreographed by Lee Martino with Musical Direction by Todd Helm.

Tickets prices for RAGTIME at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center range from Page 2 GUYS AND DOLLS concludes 52nd season at Musical Theatre West $20.00 to $47.00. Children under 12 are $20.00 to any performance. RUSH TICKETS are available for $20.00 one hour prior to curtain, subject to availability. SCHEDULE/CALENDAR LISTING
GUYS AND DOLLS show times are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 2 p.m.(no matinee Saturday, 7/9) and Sunday, 7/17 at 7 p.m. (This is the only Sunday evening performance.)
